NOTICE: STG Logistics Upcoming Updates 2024
Dear Business Partner,
As 2023 comes to an end, we want to take the opportunity to Thank You for the partnership throughout this year. We also want to share great initiatives that are currently in place and some new ones that will be effective in 2024. We greatly look forward to the year ahead where we will continue to offer a wide variety of solutions to our customers.
December 2023:
· STG Expanded CFS Window Hours in the Los Angeles and South Bay Markets:
· STG Oakland (OAK): 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F (Last driver allowed through gate 4:30 PM). Closed on Weekends.
· STG Compton (LAX): 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F (Last driver allowed through gate 4:30 PM). Closed on Weekends.
· STG Long Beach (LGB): 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F (Last driver allowed through gate 4:30 PM). Closed on Weekends.
January 2024:
· Night & Weekend Container Pick-Up Fee From Port Terminal (STG Los Angeles) – Cancellation
· Effective January 1st, 2024, STG Import Night Pick up(NTPU) & Import Saturday Pick up ( SAPU) will be cancelled.
· IPI Overweight/Over dimensional (STG Los Angeles and STG New Jersey) – Revision
· Effective January 1st, 2024, shipments with 20 cbm (or more)/20,000 pounds (or more) will no longer be charged an overweight/over dimensional fee. The fee will only apply to shipments with 30 cbm (or more)/ 30,000 pounds(or more) per CBM/800 LBS whichever is greater.
· STG Customer Web Tracking Enhancement
· Local Pick-up Gate Pass Tracking: Effective January 1st, 2024, customers will be able to have access in our website on information when the driver arrives, is assigned to a door and departs our STG facility.
· IPI load Map Tracking: Effective January 1st, 2024, customers will be able to follow on the map the IPI trailer from STG facility to CFS destination.
