Our STG Seattle operations team cannon process/release any ocean import shipment due to outage issue. We are accepting ocean and air export at this time as our team will process it manually. The communication outage incident is affcting the entire city of Kent, WA where our STG Seatle facility located. The provider is estimating the issue to be repaired by late afternoon.
